THERMO Fisher Scientific has launched its Thermo Scientific Heraeus three-litre general purpose Centrifuge series.
The Thermo Scientific Heraeus Megafuge 40 centrifuge series provides industry-leading capacity and ergonomics for routine sample preparations.
Thermo Scientific says both the Heraeus Megafuge 40 and the Heraeus Multifuge X3 lines feature the Auto-Lock III rotor system, which enables five second rotor installation and removal for fast switching between applications.
The Heraeus series is equipped with the ClickSeal bucket sealing system, which has been developed to eliminate screw caps and complicated clips with a glove-friendly, one-handed open and close capability.
The Heraeus products come with rotor management SMARTSpin technology which optimises acceleration, braking, temperature control and load balance to ensure reproducible data.
