Roche Applied Science advises to use cOmplete Protease Inhibitor and PhosSTOP Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail Tablets together for comprehensive protein protection. These inhibitor cocktails are compatible, inhibiting both proteases and phosphatases, but not each other.

PhosSTOP Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail Tablets inhibit a broad spectrum of phosphatases, including acid and alkaline phosphatases, serine/threonine phosphatase classes (e.g., PP1, PP2A, and PP2B), tyrosine phosphatase (PTP), and dual-specificity phosphatases.

Using the non-toxic PhosSTOP Inhibitor, a user avoids coming in contact with hazardous compounds by simply dropping the quick-dissolving PhosSTOP Tablet into the buffer to maintain the phosphorylation status of proteins.
