AMSBIO has announced the release of its FACSmax cell dissociation solution. FACSmax has been developed from a proprietary formulation of proteolytic, collagenolytic and DNAse enzymes.
Amsbio believes FACSmax is highly effective in creating single cell suspensions from clumped cell cultures enabling accurate, reproducible cell counting, flow cytometry, viral transfection assays, cell sorting, and bioreactor scale-up.
Amsbio says FACSmax solution gently dissociates clumped cells in minutes, resulting in homogeneous single cell suspensions with maximum cell viability.
Additionally, Ansibo claims FACSmax solution has been designed to eliminate the need for extra PBS washing steps saving laboratory technicians time.
